Terms of Payment
Payment in full is required prior to manufacture and despatch of goods, either via cheque or credit transfer. No goods shall be dispatched without confirmation of cleared funds. Please be aware that as many of our goods are specifically manufactured to order, payment will be taken at the ordering stage.

Delivery
Please note that while we keep some items in stock for immediate despatch, the majority of products are manufactured to order. Whilst we will endeavour to deliver within 10-14 working days, some items may take slightly longer depending on current work loads. If a delivery date is critical, please contact our office first, and we will do our very best to help.
Items are generally for industrial / business use where loading facilities are available. Goods may be despatched on pallets, on articulated lorries and a fork-lift truck may be required. If you are at a residential address, or unloading facilities are not available, please CONTACT US BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. Whilst we do our best in all situations, we reserve the right to cancel and refund orders if unloading facilities are not available. If you have any concerns, please phone or e-mail us.
We use external hauliers and parcel carriers to deliver our items. Large articulated lorries are regularly used, which require fork-lift facilities to be able to unload the products. If such vehicles are not suitable for the delivery location, or you do not have a fork-lift truck and driver on-site, please let us know before placing an order. We will always do our best to find an alternative method of transportation but, depending on the product and delivery location, it may not be possible for us to deliver. Shortage in Delivery/Damaged Goods
Notification of shortage in delivery or of damaged goods must reach us within 3 days of delivery.
Return of Goods
In the unlikely event of you not being satisfied with any goods supplied, please contact us immediately. Should the goods be faulty or we have delivered the wrong type of product, we guarantee to accept the return of such goods without charge. You must however contact us before any returns are made. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of any such returns.
When the goods have been incorrectly ordered and if return of goods is accepted, a charge of 25% of the original contract price of the goods will be made, plus the cost of carriage both ways.
Retention of Title
The goods shall remain the property of Storefab until full payment has been received and cleared.

Should an incorrect discount be applied, payment will need to be rectified prior to your order being manufactured and despatched.
